EdRev (Education Revolution) is a unique day of information, resources, celebration and community for students who learn differently and the families and professionals who support them. Parents Education Network (PEN) and around 2,000 attendees celebrated the eighth annual EdRev in 2016.
EdRev 2017 features keynote speaker Scott Barry Kaufman, psychologist and author of Ungifted: Intelligence Redefined and Wired to Create: Unraveling the Mysteries of the Creative Mind.

Light it Red for Dyslexia Awareness, Sundial Bridge & Convention Center Fountain, Worldwide Dyslexia Day. Join us at the south end of the Sundial Bridge wear Red or Gray to help raise awareness for the 1 in 5 with Dyslexia and release of California Department of Education’s Dyslexia Guidelines. Program Background
This workshop provides educators and parents/caregivers an introduction to Microsoft Learning Tools and accessibility features of Windows 10 and Office 365.
- The goals are to empower teachers to create inclusive classrooms that support students
of all abilities and to help parents/caregivers support learners outside of the classroom. - The workshop covers why it’s important to create an inclusive classroom, tools to
empower different learning styles and abilities, and tools to support students with
disabilities. - Workshop participants get hands-on experience with Microsoft applications and tools including Learning Tools, the Ease of Access menu, and accessibility and productivity features of Office 365.
